wav -mp3 - wav : how much lost?

Here's the scenario :

- rip a CD to mp3 using CDex
- ages later burn audio CD from these mp3 files using Deepburner

I know mp3 is somewhat losy...How different is the CD to if I had never made
the mp3 round tripper?

If this is the wrong group please advice, thanks,

Cheers,

Tom.

You've now got a near perfect CD with MP3 quality. ;-)

What it will sound like will depend on the material - like all lossy
systems some sounds suffer more than others.

If this is the wrong group please advice, thanks,
