So, what's TdP up to these days, in valve power amps?

ISTR his power amps were very highly regarded as being able to rival solid
state ones when it came to measurements.

I remember the 509 MKII and (I think) the 549 being reviewed in Hi-Fi Choice
in the late 80s or early 90s.

Is he still at it?

What kind of money are we looking at these days?

Loopy - I think his prices have just got a bit greedy. The basic, Plain Jane
834P phono stage I've got (for £360 at the time) is now over £500
apparently!!
