Pioneer 575 v Denon 2900 as sacd/dvd-a player

I have a Pioneer 575 which I am using exclusively for audio purposes (i.e.)
sacd and dvd-a replay. How does the Denon 2900 compare in this area? (I know
its no longer available but I may have an opportunity to get my hands on one
soon) Any views would be gratefully received.
