Default Mission customer service - mightily impressed!

Always think that good service should not go unmentioned, and Mission
are a case in point.

I had a new set of FS2av's a couple of years ago, coupled to my Sony
STRDB940. Very pleased with the setup.

On unpacking, an end cap was missing from one of the satellite units, e-
mailed Mission and one arrived, with compliments, 48 hours later.

A few days ago, disaster struck, one of the satellite driver units
stopped working, maybe it was due to it being overdriven - don't know. I
e-mailed Mission last Friday, detailing the problem, asking how I could
go about obtaining a replacement. Got an e-mail back, no questions
asked, saying that one would be put in the post to me. It arrived this
morning by Special Delivery, free of charge.

Needless to say, I am very pleased!
