Marantz CD7300 / SA8400

Hi

A looking for a new CD player and would like to here if anyone here
have any experience with the Marantz CD7300 and SA8400?
I know that the CD7300 has got some very good review comments, but will
I gain anything on CDs (not SACD) by buying the SA8400?

What is you experience on that?
Like to here your comments before I go out at start listening.
