For those who enjoyed a whole day of Wagner's Ring Cycle in April,
Die Meistersinger is on BBC Radio3 at 18:30 today.

I still don't know why my Creative sound recorder gives up at 2GB,
even on an NTFS filesystem. Perhaps there will be a suitable break
to change files.

You had better make sure you have some DVDRWs fully rewound in readiness
then.....!!

Download cybercorder from www.skyhawktech.com simple to use prog with
settable timers etc. Used it for years for recording from the radio etc
and IIRC around 20 US dollars!..

What you can do if you want to record really long progs is set it to run
from say,

10:00 to 11:59:59 and the next to start from 12:00 so you'll only miss a
second....

Damn - missed it, was out at a dinner party. I have 7 complete sets of
Meistersinger, which is some consolation I suppose.
