EMI LE4 loudspeakers
 

Has anyone any knowledge of an EMI badged loudspeaker model LE4? They are
floor standing about 34" by 17" by 14" deep and quite heavy. The drive units
are 14x9 bass, single elliptical mid range and a pair of small tweeters.
They also have pots on the back for small adjustment of the mid and tweeter
units.

Any information on these would be welcome.

It is because I was given them after an old guy died and I wanted to know
the history of them. - This particular old chap looked after a member of
the royal family's sound reproduction systems and this was part of his own
personal system.
