I saw a pair on Ebay, and wondered if they might be driven by my 300B valve
amp.

I suppose there is much more to it then sensitivity, but it was a start, I
thought.

I would guess 87 dB +/- 3 dB.

Because they are a budget speaker designed to be used with everyday
amplifiers not some tweaky inefficient high end pair, thats all.I'm
sure your valve amp will be fine.
