Perpetuum Ebner (PE 2015) repair help needed
 

I am trying to repair a PE 2015 but cannot remove the turntable from
the base frame to get inside.

The main two problems are as follows:


1) The armlift will not move high enough to lift the arm. I have
given
it a little oil which has helped, but it is still not lifting high
enough to move the arm over to the play position..


2) The auto play function does not work. This may be connected to the
arm lift issue as it cannot lift the arm off the stand.


Has anyone else experience with this issue or has anyone done any
repairs on the PE 2015 or similar models, that may help me to remove
the player from the base.
