I don't see it like that. What we are now seeing on UKRA has
been seen frequently on other groups where PA has a presence..
In my view, Phil has been treated with remarkable restraint by
one and all, both in the UK and elsewhere.

It is true, he does have wide knowledge and experienence,
and every now and again comes up with something of great
interest. That's why I for one, am reluctant to killfile him,.
But on the other hand, you know in advance that to post
a reply in a thread where he has a presence, is asking for
a tirade of malediction and insults. Is it worth it???

beware if you are female or have any qualifications as it

What everyone loses sight of is you are trying to
communicate with a genuinely damaged individual. IMHO he
has forgone all considerations of decency until he actively
seeks professional treatment for his Bipolar (and what ever
else he suffers from) condition.
