Hi guys, what recommendations do you have for a decent quality CD for
measurement purposes? Stufss like test tones, sweeps, bursts, etc...

Given a CD Writer and a copy of something like Cool-Edit Pro (or
whatever its called now), its a simple job to make your own. What do you
want to measure with it ?

MCM Electronics (good folks, very reputable) sells one for a whopping
$6.50. Dunno if they'll ship overseas though.

http://mcm.newark.com/NewarkWebComme....jsp?id=80-815

Diagnostic Test CD

..Replaces all those expensive tone and noise generators used to
evaluate and calibrate audio components .Contains all the necessary
test tones to accurately evaluate, calibrate and measure your audio
systems performance .Contains over 40 tracks .Checks equipment for
distortion .Listens for noise generated by components or power source
..Checks emphasis circuitry of CD players .Checks frequency response
with tones from 5Hz~20Hz .Checks speaker placing and surround sound
emphasis .Perfect item for resale use .Display packaged

They also have others which are more expensive:
