I tend to agree. The lables on my Spendor LS3/5A's are held on with double
sided tape. Mind you, I only know this as they fell off and I had to stick
them back on again... ;-

Over a period of time 'double sided sticky' will dry out
and lose its adhesian. I would not like to find a high
quality piece of audio equipment held together with this.

It is cheap and shoddy.
