You have acquired a copyrighted, commercial recording that you haven't
paid for. The fact that you wouldn't buy it makes no difference --
copyright theft is copyright theft.


Indeed, legally it is, but their *actual* commercial loss is NOT because I
downloaded the recording, its because they wouldnt sell it to me in Hong
Kong. They, no doubt, press the CDs in places like Hong Kong because its
cheaper, but deny me the right to buy it in Hong Kong because its cheaper.
They must think we are fools, which we are if we buy in rip off britain.
