Sad commentary by the descendant of a once proud race of explorers, now a
near third world country relegated to "America's Poodle".


Interesting idea... Of course the USA actually carries all the
stigmata of a third world country. It has the rich elite and it has
the huge population living in abject poverty in shanty towns - I've
seen them, unfortunately.

As for GB being a near-third world country, as tiny as we are we have
the world's fourth biggest economy, so no, I really don't think so.

Of course you are right in a way about the poodle thing. Tony B. Liar
is GWB's poodle, but that certainly doesn't go for the rest of us.
