I am sure that it would sound great but small footprint is key for me. I
want to be able to move it all outside as well

I'd suggest spending a few quid on a second hand amp from your local 'free
ads' paper and some proper speakers. I picked up a Technics amp and
Wharfedale speakers for less than £30 all in - sounds fine hooked up to a
PC
