What you can do is ask them to write on the pack that customs see 'Value:
£18'. It's highly unlikely customs would open the package. Insurance would
be a problem though. One supplier actually did this for me without asking
for an OC9 I bought 10 years ago. This time they did the 'decent thing' -
frankly I didn't have the nerve to ask them to mark the price down!
