They're usually only paper cone though, so I'd be wary about bathroom
use.


I've not found it a problem in practice, although my bathroom is large and
well ventilated. However, TLC do speakers designed for damp conditions and
they are two way, although only a 6.5 bass unit so may not sound as good
as the 8 inch ones. SK SP063 at 29.95 pair plus vat in both 4 and 8 ohm.

Best to have some form of 'tone controls' or equaliser on the amp feeding
them though - being inexpensive units a bit of tweeking will improve their
sound.
