Aren't JL designed for in-car booom booom usage?

As it is designed for use in sealed boxes, the Xmax is less relevant. Also
its main application is for sub bass in control room monitors, if you want a
big driver with a big xmax also then the PD2450 fits the bill. 24 inch, Xmax
is not quoted, but gap depth is 15mm and coil is wound to 30mm so I guess
we're looking at a reasonable number for such a big cone!
