What does this translate into?

I already know they are pretty sensitive because they are *well
large* at a relatively low volume setting on a 4 watt amp despite a
recommended rating of 25 to 60 wpc! (Book also says impedance never
drops below 7 or rises above 22 ohms, 20 Hz - 20 kHz**)

I had a pair for years only just sold them

They are mid 70's not sure of price but where not cheap

The guy who bought them off me, saw them at Hi Fi show when they first came
out, but could not afford them

I think I sold them for what they cost new.

Some are filled with a strange foam that breaks down and goes hard they
sound bad

Not many made with it, but if they have it in you can replace it
