(OK, wot were *you* thinking of ??)
See http://www.apah69.dsl.pipex.com/keit...w/speakers.jpg
What does this translate into?
I already know they are pretty sensitive because they are *well
large* at a relatively low volume setting on a 4 watt amp despite a
recommended rating of 25 to 60 wpc! (Book also says impedance never
drops below 7 or rises above 22 ohms, 20 Hz - 20 kHz**)
**which is nice! :-)
I had a pair for years only just sold them
They are mid 70's not sure of price but where not cheap
The guy who bought them off me, saw them at Hi Fi show when they first
came
out, but could not afford them
I think I sold them for what they cost new.
How much was that then?
About 90 squids IIRC. OTOH, I think I was making about 3 grand a year
as an electronics design engineer at Marconi then, so it's all
relative! Ah, the good old days, when beer was 3 bob a pint!

Reminds me about Mr. Dyer of Marconi maritime division, affectionally known
as diarrhoea from the way he answered the phone.
