Default NAD 2100 & 3100 bridging advice

I have been using a NAD 2100 power amp and have just acquired a 3100 (the
same poweramp section but with also with a preamp section built in) for

less
than 20 quid via the joys of ebay.

I was wondering whether anyone had any advice on how best to use it. Am I
better off to bridge them or would I be better off bi-amping or something?
I don't really understand what either option is but am aware it's

possible.

Many TIA,

Jon

Doesn't the 2100 have it built in?
