"I decided to play around with the connections, switching the van den
Hul interconnects to an Eichmann eXpress pair. Immediately, the sound
became even leaner and images were thrown even further back within the
field; I preferred the presentation with the Van den Hul interconnects.
Whatever the case may be, one thing’s for sure – the CD73 will react to
changes in interconnects."

- power filters
"Curiosity suitably stirred up, I replaced the stock power cable with
the resident Kimber PowerKord. Again, the CD73 is responsive to changes
in power cabling, the effect being that it smoothened out the
presentation, noticeably removing a layer of glassiness from vocals. My
thoughts are that if you own a good power cord, it would be a good idea
to use it instead of the stock cable."


No mention of the listening room or damping!

Still I suppose it sells magazines to those who need their fix;(
