Does anyone know anything about these speakers?

Got them from a boot sale and they need some work (the cone of one of
the woofers has come partly unstuck from its rubber mount). Even with
this problem they sound pretty good at low volumes, but I'd love to be
able to turn them up and see if they fullfil their promise! However,
I don't know what they are worth (and therefore how much it's worth
spending on fixing them up).

Also, can anyone recommend a place in London where I could get them
repaired? I was quoted £50 per speaker by a local music shop to
service speakers of this vintage but this seems quite expensive to me
for glueing a bit of card to some rubber (or am I showing my ignorance
here?).
