Default KEF Eggs v JBL Control 1s

I'm coming under some pressure to replace my 6.1 system, comprising 6 JBL
Control 1A's and a (first version of) REL Strata sub, with the KEF 2005.2 -
purely on aesthetic grounds (the KEF's are smaller and prettier and the wall
brackets are neater!). The system is currently driven by a Yamaha
RX-V540RDS, shortly to be replaced with the RX-1400RDS. The room is
approximately 5 by 3 meters.
I would be interested in hearing any opinions on which speaker system would
be considered to produce the best sound in those conditions!
Many thanks.
Welly.
