yes its great if the small power is enough for your needs.
williams hart supply there version of this amp with high quality pcb's
and components, recommended

Ref. WilliamHart. I quite fancy the Single-ended 15W power amp kit, is there
anybody with experience of how it sounds and alternatives for the same money or
a bit more. Noticed from the web page it dates back to a published article
dated 1969. Any info on how to track it down without having to part with a
fiver. Not tight but I am sure it is freely available. (ok I am a bit tight)

Not interested in the valve alternative, been there, done that.
