I use a 203 dac (Ebay £103) optically conected to a Technics
SL-PG490
CD player (Richer £65) and this is far superior to my Marantz CD6000
OSE/LE
(Richer £200).

Thanks... So all I need to do now is find a decent CD player less than
10 inches deep with a digital or optical output :-)
