Yeah, at such high bit rates as 320kbps then I doubt you'd be able to
tell the difference, but if someone can use AAC then it's better to use
it.

True, plus MP3 car stereos. But hopefully, over time, AAC will become
more widely supported. A lot of people even seem to think it's Apple's
own format, which it aint.
