boss. Else I will find someone else to do your job". And note that unions are a
rarity in Asia, and if they exist, they have limited power (most of them can't

Do not confuse 'Asia' with Japan, where a quite different management
system has proven to be massively effective, to the extent that it is
now widely copied in the West.
