I cant find any info about the Rotel unit but given my expeience with other
Rotel Units I belive that if it's fitted with any phono input it will be of
the Moving Magnet version.

To solve the problem the buyer might need to buy a step-up transformer to
insert between the amp and player..

Might be getting there - the cartridge is a TS11 but I cant find any
reference to it on either the Linn site, the googling the web or groups.

If you, or anyone, knows if the TS11 is a moving coil cartridge, then we
may have found the answer.

BTW - thanks to all for their input. I cant return any advice here with
any authority, but I frequent uk.legal , uk.legal.moderated, uk.diy and
