So, other than recording this CD in real time to the computer's HD can
it really not be digitally ripped? Out of interest, anyone know of third
party software which will allow the disc to be digitally ripped to hard
disc?

When I got one of these recently (Mariza) I had to rip it to get a disc
which would play on a "normal" CD player.


Anyway, you might/should find Sound Forge's "Extract Audio from CD"

function
will cream through it.......


I found Roxio had no problem seeing the audio tracks and ripping them.
