That is the general noiseof your system.
Nothing to be alarmed about.
When you slide the "Line In" Control down to the botton
it should slightly reduce this noise without suppressing it.

No,it is around -45dB to -50dB. It only reduces very slightly as the
line in slider is bottomed.
