Warfedale speaker repair ?

They are actually 12" units...did they do a 12" Super RSDD around 1975 ?
Wharfedale (please observe the H) is now part of the IAG group based
in Huntingdon and IMSMC still repair old original kit - you can but
ask.
Thanks, I would expect Wharfedale (with the 'h' ) to insist on doing the
repairs rather than sending out parts. I will try them. I'll check them out.
They may, at least, have some info on the driver specs.
Otherwise try Castle Acoustics in Skipton. The Co. was set up - again
IMSMC - by a chap called Cliff Collinson who worked for Gilbert Briggs
at Wharfedale at about the time it was taken over by Rank and I think
had much to do with the design of the 8" and 10" RSDD drive units. As
Castle build their own units they may be able to help.
