I know this may prompt cry's of "but you like SET's why do you want
one of those", but I don't suppose anyone here in the UK has a unwanted
HP
334 or such like that they would consider exchanging for a sensible
sum of money? I have been watching on ebay for some time, but can't
talk myself into paying the shipping from the states where they all
seem to be.

or perhaps an HP/Agilent 8903B or one of their dynamic signal analysers
from someone like Livingston Hire. None are cheap options though! HP334's?
They bring back memories.

The 334A is certainly a cheap option. One does not see
them often, but they go for about UKP50.
I had two. I bought a third for spares, and
it turned out to be better than the original pair:-)

The Ferograph is more expensive but a more
comprehensive unit, and therefore a better buy IMO.
