Default Nissan Micra: ISO compatible head unit?
Nissan Micra 96N.
Factory-fitted Blaupunkt radio/cassette. Cassette refuses to play or
rewind anymore.

I'm going to buy a replacement head unit.
Are Nissan ISO compatible, or will I have to buy wiring harness and/or
fascia adapters?
