£230 is about my limit and I'm most interested in the best audio
quality I can get for the money. This Pioneer has an 8x oversampling
Burr-Brown DAC
and it's using DSP for the FM tuner apart from the RF front-end,
which makes me think that the audio quality should be good on this
unit.
Could anybody comment on how good it sounds?
Thanks.
It sounds very good, someone even replaced an Alpine 7969(R)? as he
thought
it sounded better in his demo car.
£230 is a good price and yes I do have one, looks very nice in the
flesh.
Thanks. I got similarly positive comments on another forum as well so I'm
going to get one.
