Default FA: Cordless Microphone

Reminds me of a situation where a priest forgot to turn off one these, when
he had to go to the toilet during a ceremony....I was difficult for him to
understand peoples reaction when he came back, until he discovered what
happend...

Actually no, this device works in the bands which don't require licenses
(These are VHF 173.800, 174.100, 174.500, 174.800*, 175.000)

True, there are a number of other devices which use these bands, but for a
range of 10-30m, you'll be fine with the power of the device.
