We should be able to supply you with this one way or another.

Sony still offer them, but the part appears to be on back order until
the end of November, and is likely to cost somewhere in the region of
40 quid.

We may be able to do a cheaper Autoleads part if you're able to mail a
digital image of the back of the radio. I can't confirm from a listing
whether they do one (they list an XR5090, but not a CDX5090) but I can
probably get a better idea visually.
