NO I bought it on the ebay without any documentation because it was 200 $
cheapest but the radio was new and for 2 years it works great
but now I can't buy front panel in the shop without any documentation
and my old panel is broke down - it was an accident

It shouldn't be any problem for Alpine Customer Service. Give them your
broken control panel with HU serial no.
