BTW, tested it with another speaker and its the same, so its not the
speaker.


Could be something's fried in the amplifier circuit - have you tried testing
the channels by switching the speakers at the amp end? Switch the two rear
speakers over on the amp/head unit connections and see if the same speaker
is still low, or if the left rear has now gone quiet. If so, there's nothing
wrong with the speaker or the speaker wire, so it's very likely to be
something internal with your amp.
