I'm thinking of buying one of these:

Does anyone have any experience with them?

It says it has some sort of universal connector.

The car it going int is an 11 year old Rover 416 which has the original
'Rover' head unit in. How much hassel/what will be involved to swap them
around. WIll it be just a case of unplugin the old and pluggin in the new or
will I have to work out what each wire is doing and wire up my own plug?

Has anyoen tried on of these and is it any good?
