Default CD & MP3 Headunit

I've had 2 Rover 400's in the past (G and R reg) I used to remove the radios
by putting some knitting needles in the four holes and yanking it out. Can't
remember if there was anything covering them.

Popped into Halfords to check prices and according to their chart it is

Just had a quick look at the head unti and just wondering what the trick

to
getting them out? The last one I took out needed a key like tool in either
side but this standard Rover one.... can;t see any slots or anything.
