Car wma solution

Hi. I have a P reg renault megane, still with factory radio cassette.
However, I am looking for a wma & mp3 solution. My collection consists
of about 20 GB of mp3s and wmas in equal numbers, including mp3s upto
320kps, plus quite a lot of VBR (@ around 128kps) wma files. There
doesn't look to be a viable wma jukebox solution, so I am happy to go
with either mp3/wma changer or mp3/wma head unit.
Can anyone recommend a cheap solution that will have sound as good as
the built-in radio (which is ok - I don't need Alpine sound & fifteen
speakers), and costs as little as possible while still satisfying my
needs (ideally no more thn £150, but I could always ebay a more
expensive unit).
Don't know if this is what you are after, but I'm considering fitting one
of these to my Scenic:

But does it sound as good?
