Hi, I switched to RCA leads around today, and yep the bad speaker shifted
from left to right, so I'm assuming its down to the RCA cable being faulty.
Can't get my hands on a lead at the mo but pretty sure thats the problem

Thanks to all that posted, and took time out to help me resolve this
problem!!!.

Well, even without a spare set of RCA cables, you can narrow it down
some more to see if it's the cable or your head unit.
If the bad-sounding speaker is now the right speaker, take the RCA
cable that feeds the right input of the amp, and set it aside
somewhere.
Now, take the other RCA cable and run it from the left output of the
head unit to the left input of the amp. Does the left speaker sound
okay? If it does, the left head unit output and this RCA cable are
both good.
Now, connect the RCA cable to the right output of the head unit and
the right input of the amp. Does the right speaker sound okay? If it
does, the right output of the head unit is good and you've narrowed
your problem down to the other RCA cable (the one you set aside).
