I found some replacement screws on ebay in the US for $10 so that should
sort that out.. Even with the additional cost I think its a good price for
the amp..

I would first contact the seller and tell him that there were missing
screws and that he didnt put it on the listing and ask him to pay the $10 if
no then negative feedback imo sounds fair.

thats what I would do if it was me.
