I'm being offered:

Roger A75 Panthera Amp
Rogers T75 Tuner

in a proposed swap - is this kit any good? If so, any idea of what it
would be worth, assuming fully serviceable and reasonably smart
condition?

(I've no experience of it myself, but I have an inkling the tuner's
fairly well regarded??)

TIA

The A75 Mk 2 (don't know about the "Panthera" bit) was priced at £ 169.50
+ VAT in 1979. A Quad 303/33 pair with the same output power (45 W per ch)
was £ 207.00 + VAT.

A Cambridge Audio P80 was £ 199 + VAT and an Armstrong 621 was £ 120 +
VAT.

This may give you some idea where the Rogers fitted into the scheme of
things at the time.

At a guess, the amp is worth £ 50-£ 80 and the tuner £ 30-£50 on Ebay.

OK Serge - thanks for that. Pretty much what I expected! ('Interesting
shrapnel'.....!!)
