What a peculiar set of statements! You should be aware that many find
vinyl is at least as good as CD in like for like terms: fact.

Perhaps background noise doesn't bother you. Distortion - increasing as
you reach the centre of the disc. Wear and tear. Even more clicks and pops
as they get older.

Yes, truly vinyl is as good as CD.
