Hardly. The Lowther range are rated at 100W nominal.

They can produce almost 100dB at 1m/1kHz/1watt of, so very low
power indeed will drive them hard enough to fill a largish room with
very good sound.

I was at a Lowther get-together a couple of weeks ago. The listening
room was 12 x 8 metres.
