Except I found myself turning the music down every time I accelerated
off a roundabout. And holding the lower gears right into the redline.

In fact I even found a tunnel and drove through it a few times with the
windows down.

My old Saab Turbo (proper classic 900) had a nice burble, and gorgeous
whistle under boost.

I think I might need to get another one. Old car but sounds nice and
drives loverly.
