He is a well documented eBay crook and fraudster, knows zilch about
electronics, and has his grubby little hands trained on your wallet.
Currenlty, the spammer uses four "sock puppets" all using the same
nick name ("duty-honor-country", a joke since he never served in the
military) for all different accounts to try to evade Google's daily
posting limit.
