Well if I MUST give you only one example it would be Durufles Complete
Choral Music on BIS. That sound simply could not be achieved on vinyl.


Choral music? Why ever not?

Dynamics, resolution, pitch stability, background noise - for starters.

I recall Peter Walker showing off Quad ELS63s years back with small
scale choral music from a Philips CD150. I was hooked immediately and
the medium has only improved since.
